Orders & Shipping
Express Shipping Fee $18.50 (up to 43 plants in 50mm pots), $36 (44 - 80 plants in 50mm pots).
Pick up is available from Bangholme (next to Keysborough) by appointment only.
The cut off time for express orders to be shipped in the current week is Saturday at 5pm. If we have some extra time, some of the orders that come in after that may be moved forward to shipping a week sooner.
Pick up can be arranged for Victorian buyers upon request through the contact section of this site. The phone will not be answered on weekends or outside of office hours.
Plants will be packed carefully and posted on the first Monday following your purchase once your payment has cleared (unless these fall on a public holiday, then we ship the following Monday). If you select the option for express post, plants can be shipped on Tuesdays too. If you wish for your plants to be shipped later in the week, you will need to contact us via phone or email. If there are two public holiday days in a week, plants will be shipped the week after.
All plants will be shipped in boxes and secured with various packing materials to keep them safe in transit.
If the temperature is predicted to exceed 34 Degrees Celsius in your state during the dispatch week of your order, please do not place an order until there is cooler weather or unless your postal workers deliver packages directly into your building or a cool location. We will not take responsibility for packages ordered to locations where packages will be left to sit outside in hot weather.
Orders of 40 or more plants may be shipped in two separate shipments one week apart, we will cover the second postage fee.
It is important that you enter your email address into the information field during checkout so that the tracking number for your order can be emailed to you. Packages are usually delivered by Australia Post to your shipping address. If the package arrives at the post office, please contact post office to pick your order up in time. Buyer is responsible for any consequences of failure to collect items in time.
If there is a problem with your order, you need to notify us on the day you receive the plants. Please take photos of the problem immediately and send these through.
Shipping is within Australia only. We can only ship to addresses in QLD NSW VIC SA and ACT.
Currently we do not ship to WA, TAS or NT.
We ship all orders with Australia Post. Most orders arrive within 7 days. Please contact us if your order has not been received within 7 business days of the order being posted.
